Returns, Refunds, Exchanges & Cancellations

We believe in a hassle-free shopping experience, despite our on-demand nature. All claims must be filed within sixty (60) days from time of purchase. Before returning your product, please message us at to open a claim.

We do not process any returns, refunds, or exchanges for any of the following:
• colour variances
• washed, worn or used items
• items delivered longer than 14 business days

Misprinted/Damaged/Defective Products

We replace, at our expense, all misprinted, damaged, broken or otherwise defective products. To expedite your request, please include an image of the damages in your claim.


We offer one gratuitous size exchange for our fashion/clothing/apparel items. To receive a free exchange, please return your unwashed, unworn and unused item to the mailing address below.

If a sizing issue still exists after the first free exchange, additional exchanges can be provided (subject to additional shipping fees).

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

There is a 20% restocking fee on all refunds, cancellations and returns. Alternatively, you can have the full value, not including any shipping or taxes, applied to a gift card.

Changes to the Design

Items can only be exchanged for the design(s) selected in the original order. Changing the design will require a new order at full price.


To process any returns, exchanges, refunds or cancellations, the product(s) must be returned, at your expense, to:
